Cool down with the Gel Bead Ice Pack. Just simply place the Ice Pack in the freezer for 2 hours. Once the pack has frozen, remove from freezer, wrap a thin cloth around pack and apply to achy joints and muscles. Never apply ice pack directly to bare skin.
